Back Rowmance

You want that back... that BACK ROWmance? We thought so. Get ready for a burn that will sneak up on you and make you question your sanity. This is another one where you are going to want to start lighter and work your way up in weights. We both ended up using 5 lb dumbbells for this and doubling up for the single arm bent rows for filming. But you could also have a heavier dumbbell nearby to swap out between moves. Make sure you focus on your posture and try to make it to the end of the song!

Booty in the USA
