It's the flow you never knew you wanted. Flowing Good As Hell will put you in the best mood and make you feel like a total BAD A**. The key here is to keep good form and timing... so don't lead with your hair. Your spine should be leading you on your cat cows, not your high pony. Start in cat pose with your back rounded and belly pulled in towards your spine. Transition to cow pose by rolling up starting at your lower spine pushing your belly towards the mat, vertebrae by vertebrae. Inhale as you come up and exhale when you transition back to cat pose. Don't forget to toss your hair at the top ;)
For level one, focus on form and mastering your supported side plank before attempting the level two falling star pose. For level two, be patient with yourself. The falling star pose is one of the harder transitions we have ever attempted in a routine. It will be rough and shaky the first few times. But with each play, we promise it will get smoother as you get stronger and more confident in your movements.
