Can’t Stop The Burning

Ready for a unique take on horizontal cardio? Get ready to feel the burn! In this routine, form is just as important as repetition. For an extra challenge, raise heels during glute bridge. For both levels, the goal with bridge walk outs is to go out as far as you can with out dropping your bum to the floor. You will feel the burn in your hamstrings and calves as you isolate those muscles. But just when you're ready to collapse, it's time to roll over. When coming up into plank from the superman position, keep your back as flat as possible with your shoulders wide. Make sure you don't lock your elbows and that your wrists are directly underneath your shoulders. Try to keep a flat back and your booty down during your climber-jack combos and get ready to dance (dance, dance).
