Booty in the USA

This one takes a few tries to get the rhythm down, but Booty in the USA will humble you by the second verse. We recommend sizing down your weights and testing before you commit to any specific weight. The chest flies are no joke by the end of the song and you don't want to burn out too quickly. We used an ottoman for this one, but you can also use a stool, stair step, bench or chair. Just make sure whatever surface you choose can't slide or move during your exercise.
Song: Party in the USA
Artist: Miley Cyrus

A fun step up routine straight out of a Britney Spears music video. We couldn't quite figure out how to fit in the spinning chairs, but step ups seemed challenging enough. A few safety tips! Make sure your chair is secure and won't tip over or slide out from underneath you. Set it up next to a wa...

toxic glutes
Level One: Start slow and steady with just your body weight. Follow the routine but don't worry about reps, go at your own pace but keep your place in the song. Really focus on arching the trajectory of your leg as high as possible during the glute toe taps.
Level Two: Add 3-5 lb ankle weight...

all the feels
With so many compound movements, this song will take a few times to get the routine down. But once you do, the focus should be on both form and repetition. Get deeper in your squats and lunges, smoother with your transitions. Try going up in weights after a few weeks once you've mastered form and...
