We love pairing ab routines to a good mixed-tempo song. Regaining control of your core takes time and a lot of mixed efforts. So here we get to slow things down before we speed them up and slow them down again. By the end, you're going to want to collapse but just before you do, we'll be on to the next move. We have a few different levels going on here with form and timing being equally important to get the results you're after. For level one, focus on working to get your shoulders up off the ground and your toes pointed during the verses and chorus. If you find the bicycle crunches too difficult, try swapping out dead bugs for chorus number two. For level two, focus on balancing your core while keeping your shoulders and legs off the ground at even levels. The song will be over before you know it and those abs you put on lay away will be ready to TAKEAWAY.
