Booty in the USA
POP40 Vol. 2: Call Me Country Maybe

3m 22s
This one takes a few tries to get the rhythm down, but Booty in the USA will humble you by the second verse. We recommend sizing down your weights and testing before you commit to any specific weight. The chest flies are no joke by the end of the song and you don't want to burn out too quickly. We used an ottoman for this one, but you can also use a stool, stair step, bench or chair. Just make sure whatever surface you choose can't slide or move during your exercise.
Song: Party in the USA
Artist: Miley Cyrus

Make Arms Sweet
The most important thing about this routine is to keep your form in check. Go at your own pace and pick a weight that works for all moves. This is an upper body burnout, so choose your weight wisely. Delts So Good

You can use a weight bench, ottoman or chair for this routine. Just make sure the surface isn't too soft and your posture is good. Form is...

Mat Don't Impress Me Much
This one is the most fun we've ever had doing commandos. For level one, start from your knees and use your own body weight. Try to work up to coming up on your toes over each play, increasing your reps. For level two, add ankle weights for more resistance and stay up on your toes. This one starts...
