If you wanna get a six pack... it will take more than 40 days. But this is a great place to start with the basics! We kick things off by using our momentum to master sit ups, followed by a half bicycle crunch that will get harder with every rep. For level one, focus on getting your shoulders off the ground in the bicycle crunch and the hundred pulse. For the hundred it's ok if you need to modify by keeping your knees bent, but you should try to straighten your legs as the weeks go on for part of the chorus to strengthen your core. For level two, try to sit all the way up in your bicycle crunch with your elbow and knee meeting in the middle. For the hundred, modify when needed but work up to straight legs for every chorus by the end of 40 days. NOW PULSE PULSE PULSE! SLAM YOUR PALMS DOWN BUT NOT ALL THE WAY TO THE GROUND.

Mat Don't Impress Me Much
This one is the most fun we've ever had doing commandos. For level one, start from your knees and use your own body weight. Try to work up to coming up on your toes over each play, increasing your reps. For level two, add ankle weights for more resistance and stay up on your toes. This one starts...
