Bad Lunges

Bad lunges is a routine for people who are bad at side lunges. We've choreographed this routine to make it easier to master this skill no matter your fitness level. The focus here is on form but don't worry if you can't go down as low in your lunges and squats as you want. What is important is that your knees stay aligned with the top of your feet, never moving past your toes. Your back should be straight with nearly perfect posture. Each week, you should be getting deeper in your lunges and squats. For level two, pick a heavier kettlebell between 10-20 lbs or add a resistance band for extra intensity.
