Shout Out To My Ass

This is a shout out to your ass. Go ahead and wish yourself a happy new rear because we're working your entire backside in this one. Up first we have deadlifts, followed by a four point squat and dumbbell swing sequence that feels a little like cardio. Form is key here so make sure you are hinging at your hips during your deadlifts instead of leading with your arms. When you go into your squats, make sure your toes never pass your knees and that you follow the tempo of the song. Watch this one all the way through and test each move with your chosen weight size before committing. We're using 8 lb dumbbells here for filming. Our recommendation is 3-5 lbs for level one beginners and 8-12 lbs for level two girls.
