We recommend trying this one with out any extra resistance the first time through just so you can get a taste of what you're in for. The burn in this one sneaks up on you and lingers long after the song is over. No modifications here, just add a pair of ankle weights or use a resistance band when you're ready to make things more challenging. Keep your legs up and try to resist the urge to speed things up.
