If you could take our pulse right now it would feel just like we curled all the hammers. We whole heartedly believe that the best way to build a body is to make things fun. This one is easy to follow along with and no modifications are necessary. Just choose a weight that makes since for your fitness level (we're using 5 lbs for filming but will be using 8 lbs in regular workouts). The burn comes quickly but the next move will be here before you know it. Try to follow along with the music and stay in sync with us. Once you've taken over the beat of your body, just don't let up (don't let up)!
