Work Out From Home Wednesday
•
3m 30s
This routine focuses on balance and regaining control over your body with slow, then fast controlled movements. The goal is to make it through the entire song with out every resting both feet on the ground. The first time is a humbling experience, but with each play you'll have more fun and better control over your movements. If you can't get through at least half the song on one foot, try using a chair or stool to gain composure the first couple weeks. When it becomes too easy, add ankle weights or hold a dumb bell to increase resistance.
