Hey. What's up, hello? There are so many little muscles in the back, keeping track of them and isolating them all are hard. Luckily we have a song for every muscle group. We made you Delt So Good and Tricep Dip It Low, already. But have you ever been a Traps Queen? This one is an upper body burn out so grab lower weights than you think you'll need. There are only three moves in this song, each repeating twice. Focus on form and take your time. When you're upright, make sure you are standing up tall with good posture. For the bent over reverse flies, keep your back flat, not rounded and knees slightly bent. By the end, everything will be burning and we'll be saying YASSS Queen.
