This routine is no joke. You will fill the burn and get your heart rate up by the second verse. The good news is, this song goes quick and it will be over before you know it. Keep going, and you will surprise yourself with what you can accomplish in this one song.
Level One: Try your best to get through the entire thing. The hardest part is the last set of jumping jacks, which is your goal this month! Keep moving and if you can't make it, run in place and keep going until the song ends. Focus on getting deeper in your squat pulses through out the month and improving on your lunge form.
Level Two: Get low in those squats and lunges, start working on increasing your reps. We are also working up to full burpees from the half burpees we start out with at the beginning of the month to get the most out of this quick cardio sesh.

Your goal here is to build up your core strength and remove the strain from your neck. For level one, keep your legs be...

Leavin' Legs
We recommend trying this one with out any extra resistance the first time through just so you can get a taste of what you're in for. The burn in this one sneaks up on you and lingers long after the song is over. No modifications here, just add a pair of ankle weights or use a resistance band when...

let me burn slowly
Don't be fooled by the slow beat, this routine has a lot more going on than it seems. For level one, we're going to take it slow and isolate the hamstring muscles. In level two we take it up a notch by adding in tricep dip kicks and adding ankle weights for extra tension. By the end of the second...
