There is no better way to swing a kettle bell than when JLO is yelling at you to keep you motivated. Bells Get Loud is a fast paced upper body burn out that keeps things interesting. No modifications here, just choose your weight wisely as this song will require constant movement. For beginners, start with a 5-7 lb dumbbell. We used a 10 lb bell for filming but will likely alternate between a 10 & 15 lb kettle bell depending on the day. Watch your form and make sure you hold on to that handle. Make sure you are squatting as you side step into your swing, no hinging on this one. Let's Get LOUD!
Song: Let's Get Loud

Bad Tris
You're going to want to find a bench, ottoman or firm couch for this one. A staircase could work as well if there is enough space. Choose one dumbbell between 5 and 8 lbs based on your fitness level. Make sure you aren't flinging the dumbbell, the focus should be on isolating that tricep in tight...
