A Kettle Motivation
Keep Calm And Kettle On

3m 16s
This routine requires a lot of coordination and careful movements. Start out slow until you master the range of motion, careful not to slam the bell into your wrists. For beginners, bring foot just above the ground or as fas as you can with out losing your balance. Take your time, form is more important than repetition. As you go up in weight, keep in mind that not all kettle bells are equal in composition. Make sure you test out this range of motion with larger kettle bell shapes. Watch your posture and make sure your knees do not pass your toes on your squats.
