This is a sneaky full body work out that works your core, arms and quads. The focus here is on form and control. Make sure you test all movements with the weight you choose before you commit to a higher weight. This is a high rep, low weight work out so make sure you can get through the whole thing with the weight you choose. This routine can be done with a dumb bell if necessary, but a kettle bell is ideal.
Pro Tip: Make sure you pick the right kettle bell and hold on tight. If it's too light or if you are trying to go too fast, there is a chance your kettle bell may become airborne.
Song: Sugar, We're Goin Down

my body won't drag me down
This song goes by so fast that you will almost (ALMOST) forget how bad your arms will be burning by the end. There is a lot of room for modification here in between level one and level two. It might look like there are a lot of moves in this routine, but really it's just two sequences you have to...

arms to a T
Don't underestimate this slow jam. Start off lighter than you think you need because your shoulders will be burning before the end of the first chorus. We recommend doing this one in front of a mirror or on camera so you can check your form. Follow along with the music, skip a rep if you need to ...

b(ass) down low
This routine is a whimsical mix of fundamentals and booty building. The kneel to standing transitions will translate into real world benefits once you master them. If you find that this routine becomes too easy for you, add ankle weights and/or a dumb bell / kettle bell to level up. For both leve...
