I Don't Flow
POP40 Vol. 3: We're Bringing Sweaty Back

3m 42s
This flow is going to feel unnatural at first as you try to find your rhythm. It's an unusual flow that will look different for everyone as we are all working with different body types, fitness levels and abilities. The key here is to pick one person to follow and once you master the timing, focus solely on your own rhythm and flow. There are no modifications here, but stay close to a wall if you need help with balance. This is a great flow to improve on strength, balance and stability while rolling out those back muscles.
Song: I Don't Care
Artist: Ed Sheeran, Justin Bieber
