These Glutes Are on Fire
POP40 Vol. 3: We're Bringing Sweaty Back
•
3m 45s
This is one you are going to want to watch all the way through before attempting. We highly recommend adding some extra resistance via ankle weights if you have some but you will feel the burn regardless. These reverse froggers are no joke, take your time and focus on form. Do as many reps as you can each chorus but feel free to go at your own pace. There are only three moves in this song and if you don't have an adequate surface to lay on, you can adapt this one for the floor. The burn begins immediately if you have on ankle weights. It sneaks up on you eventually either way. By the end, you will feel the burn not only in your glutes, but your entire back side. THIS GIRL IS ON FIRE!
