Quarantine to a T

If you want to sculptt you gotta lift some weights ladies. This song will seem familiar from day one but your form is essential for getting the most benefit from this routine. Your arms should be oscillating with each other during all single lady rows. Choose your weights wisely and resist the urge to speed things up. Follow along with the music and you will get a full upper body burnout by the end of this song. We’re using 8 and 12 lb dumbbells here, but choose wisely based on your fitness level. We’re working all the shoulders ladies, so put your hands up!
