Work Out From Home
Rule Number One is Cardio

3m 33s
When you're working from home, you shouldn't need a lot to work with. This full body HIIT routine utilizes just your body weight and a pair of socks (or core sliders or dish towels) to deliver a fun but effective burn out. All levels should focus on form, proper posture during lunges and a flat back while in plank position. Keep those bootys down while you're going to work and just hold plank if you feel like you can't get through. If you're going to work out from home, your body is going to have to put in the work!

For level one, focus on completing the song and follow Steph for modifications. Jenn speeds it up for level two with deeper squats and d...

Cardio for One
This song won't feel like cardio, until suddenly it does. We start off slow with curtsy lunges before jumping into drop squats with a twist. When the beat drops, the jumping jacks begin. Form is more important here than function, so focus on mastering that before worrying about your reps. Get as ...

my body won't drag me down
This song goes by so fast that you will almost (ALMOST) forget how bad your arms will be burning by the end. There is a lot of room for modification here in between level one and level two. It might look like there are a lot of moves in this routine, but really it's just two sequences you have to...
