Yeah Ups
Rule Number One is Cardio
•
3m 58s
A new take on step ups that will help you build up control, balance, coordination and a little bit of cardio. For this one, everything is timed to the beat. The focus should be on controlling your movements by following the music. There is no mods here, just pick a sturdy step up platform (stool, chair, bench, ottoman, stair, etc) that makes sense for your fitness level. As you perfect your timing and balance on this one, you can level up by adding a dumbbell or kettlebell up top, moving up to a higher step up platform or adding ankle weights.
