Jingle Bell Squat

It's hard for us to do this one with out channeling Lindsay Lohan, but that's half the fun. This may look like a purely novel routine but if you choose the right weights, you will get a quick full body workout with this one. The risk with a song like Jingle Bell Rock is that speeding up or dancing along is very likely to happen. But form is key in this routine. Do not sacrifice your form to keep up with the music, especially on the deadlifts. It is better to go slower than to get all your reps in. And that's the Jingle Bell... that's the Jingle Bell... that's the Jingle Bell Squat.

Ever done step ups for 3 minutes straight? This routine is easy to learn and will go by quickly once you've got the steps down. Make sure you have a sturdy surface to step up on and focus on keeping your form while matching your reps to the music. To level up, add ankle weights and/or hold a dumb...

Let It Burn, Let It Burn, Let It Burn
This may be the shortest routine we've ever done but make no mistake: this will burn, this will burn, this will burn. We recommend doing this one on a weight bench or ottoman. However, you can also do this one on the floor if you don't have an appropriate bench option. You'll need two 5-12 lb dum...

the middle (of the wall)
This routine is not just a complete burn out for your quads but also a great exercise in will power and perseverance. By chorus number two, your body is going to tell you that you can't do this. But we promise you that you can. In the beginning, if all you can do is sit on the wall, that's ok. Th...
