We throw our hands up in the air sometimes... saying ow-oh. This is a low weight, high rep, tricep and delt burn out. You're going to want to test all moves out before you commit to a weight size because it's harder than it looks. We're using 5 lbs for filming but will likely move up to 8 lbs. For a lot of beginners, 3-5 lbs is going to be ideal for this routine. These low weight, high rep routines are sculpting and shaping as you lift. Watch your form in a mirror so you are isolating the right muscles. The burnout is real but you can push through until the next transition as long as you Tri-namite!
