Highway To Delts

We're on a Highway to Delts, and it's going to burn all the way there. We're using light weights and high repetition to sculpt those shoulders and carve out those arms. Select a pair of dumbbells between 3 and 8 lbs that you can hold up the whole song. Watch your form as we do a slight variation of familiar moves. On the verses, we're doing a static version of a bent arm lateral raise to add some extra tension to our delts. On the chorus, we're doing a slow, deeper version of an overhead shoulder press. Make sure you bring your dumbbells all the way down past your shoulders as you squeeze your shoulder blades together. These are slow, controlled movements so follow the music and resist the urge to speed things up.
