Then You Stand
Man! HIIT Feels Like a Monday

This routine is part form building, part balance and a little bit of cardio all rolled into one. You're going to want to watch this one all the way through once before you attempt it. The focus here should be on balance and isolation. Your single leg deadlifts should be slow and controlled. Remember you are hinging at the waist, not leading with your arms. Stay close to the wall or use a stool if you need help staying upright on your deadlifts. As you move into your 4 Count T Stand Builders, it's okay if you're a little shaky in the beginning. You will get better every time you press play. As you start to get more familiar with the routine you can make it more challenging by adding 2-8 lb dumbbells. Remember, every time you get up and get back in the race, one more small piece of you starts to fall into place. Then you STAND.

Look At HIIT Now
This HIIT routine is set to a mixed tempo song. So we're going to start things off slow with a single arm bent over kettlebell row. But don't be fooled, you''ll be out of breath by the second chorus when we add in weighted high knees, some jumps and a series of synchronized rotational drop squats...

Oh No HIIT We Go
Another HIIT routine that seems easy at the end of the first chorus but will leave you panting by the middle, wondering when it will all be over. Choose your weight wisely here and go lighter than you think you should for the first time through. Make sure you are practicing good form and don't be...

Tri-namite
We throw our hands up in the air sometimes... saying ow-oh. This is a low weight, high rep, tricep and delt burn out. You're going to want to test all moves out before you commit to a weight size because it's harder than it looks. We're using 5 lbs for filming but will likely move up to 8 lbs. Fo...
