Your envisions aren't too high, abs are SO rare. Abs may be mostly made in the kitchen but we can help you with the 10% you can make on the mat. This routine mixes a little pilates with some more classic ab moves like crunches and sit ups to strengthen and challenge your core. Every move is timed to the music, all you have to do is focus on your form and try to keep up. For level one, focus on what you can accomplish in good form through the whole song. Your goal is to engage your core the entire length of the song so choose your moves wisely. Watch your angles, make sure you aren't pulling at your ears and instead engaging your core to complete all moves. Your spine should be flat, not rounded. Hinge at your hips for toe taps and keep those shoulders off the floor. Who's ready to get those abs so rare?
