Blue Ain't Your Color Flow
Arms I Want for Christmas 2020
•
3m 50s
We're slowing things down and stretching things out in this flow. There's only a few simple moves here that focus on lower back and core release before leading up to the skill building portion of this flow. The last minute of this song we are working towards a moving bound headstand. If your skill level is somewhere between a dolphin pose and a bound headstand, make sure you're near a wall for this flow so you can kick up on the wall for a level two wall assisted headstand. Practice safety first and make sure you pay close attention to form to avoid injury.
