Is there a more wonderful feeling than doing burpees to your favorite Christmas song from middle school? We didn't think so. This one will be a little hard to sing along to after the first verse but don't give up! We transition quickly through moves and soon you'll be grapevining again. For level one, try to do burpees for the first verse and then switch to half burpees if you need to after that. The goal here is to keep moving until the last "Happy Holidays".
Song: Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays
