abs and burn
POP40 Vol. 1: Thursday on the DL

This routine is a tough one. It starts out light and fun but it really starts to burn by the second verse! Focus on your form, during the verses but try to stick to the cadence of the chorus when we switch to toe taps. Prepare yourself for a lower ab burn as you completely obliterate your core in three minutes. For level one, do your best to finish the song. Take a break for a few beats if you need to but then keep on going. For level two, focus on keeping your shoulders up off the mat during toe taps.
