Santa Sculpt Me
Sucker for Christmas

Santa sculpt me, before New Year's Day.. This routine is one of our favorites from last Christmas and is truly so much fun once you get the hang of it. The key here is to keep your toes pointed and your balance upright for proper form. For level one, feel free to use a stool or wall to stay balanced for the entirety of the routine. It is better to use assistance than miss out on the movements because you keep falling. For level two, you can pick up a 5-15 lb kettlebell or dumbbell or add ankle weights for an extra challenge if your balance is impeccable. As always, singing along helps improve balance and burn more calories!
