Bad Tris
What A Weekend Gotta Do

3m 13s
You're going to want to find a bench, ottoman or firm couch for this one. A staircase could work as well if there is enough space. Choose one dumbbell between 5 and 8 lbs based on your fitness level. Make sure you aren't flinging the dumbbell, the focus should be on isolating that tricep in tight, controlled movements. For level one, keep your knees up and feet closer to your body during dips. For level two, step all the way out and try to dip all the way to the floor. Try to keep moving the entire song even if you need to go at your own pace at dips. This will burn because it's the Bad Tris, duh!
